MR. ARVIND KUMAR NEWAR Chairman(Newar Group)
Mr. Arvind Kumar Newar is the founding member of APC India and holds the position of Chairman in the Newar Group of Companies. With over four decades of rich experience in the tea industry,

He provides strategic inputs across functions such as projects, labor force motivation, and general management. It is under his leadership, that the group acquired Socklatinga and Moheema tea estates.
Mr. MANISH NEWAR Managing Director , Newar Group
Mr. Manish Newar, Managing Director of Newar Group of Companies, brings with him a rich experience of two decades in marketing and branding. A student of Willamette University, USA, and Oxford University,UK.

He has brought in fresh thinking that has enabled the business to achieve new milestones. He also serves as the Founder of Kool Kidz India and Managing Director of APC India.
MR. SHIVA SHANKAR DAGA Executive Director , HETPL (Newar Group)
Mr. S S Daga, a Commerce Graduate with Law Degree, heads the Tea Division having four gardens viz. Halmira, Sockieting, Dukenhengra and Socklatinga, as Executive Director.

His journey has started as back as 1960, when he started his career and served various companies in steel foundry, fan industry, and tea machinery manufacturers. This has given him varied experiences in a span of more than 50 years. In the year 1980 he moved to Tea industry, when he joined RNT Plantations as Chief Executive, ultimately promoted to Executive Director. He took over as Executive Director of Newar Group, in the year 2000. Other positions held by Mr.Daga include Main Committee Member of Tea Association of India.
Recently the Group has added one more Tea Garden under its fold by the name Moheema Tea Estate, which is adjacent to one of its Tea Estates viz. Dukenhengra. This should add to the revenues and profitability of the Company.
Mr. Himanshu Gupta COO, APCL (Newar Group)
Mr. Himanshu Gupta serves as the COO, APCL a part of the Newar Group.

Mr. Himanshu Gupta is an Electrical Engineer and subsequently has completed Post Graduation in Management, having 25 years of experience in various Industries. He was associated with reputed MNCs and Indian conglomerate viz., SMC Pneumatics, Lapp Kabel, Universal Cables Ltd., etc. at senior positions. He is associated with our company as “Chief Operating Officer” effective from 2021. He has an excellent exposure of the manufacturing industry and technology business focused with a growth-oriented approach for the organization.
